Authenticity and care
Every piece we sell is new. What it is made of is written on its page, and you are welcome to check before you buy.
How a piece is described
Each piece lists its metal, its karat and its stones under Details, in those words. A diamond is described as natural or lab-grown; moissanite is called moissanite. If a detail is not listed, ask us rather than assume.
Checking before you buy
Ask us for a close photograph or a video of any piece — the karat stamp where it carries one, the clasp, the stones. Message us on WhatsApp with the piece’s name. Collecting in Festac, you can look it over at the counter.
Caring for gold
- Take it off to swim, train, clean or sleep.
- Put perfume, lotion and hair products on first, and the piece on last.
- Clean it in warm water with a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then dry it with a soft cloth.
- Store each piece on its own, so links and stones do not scratch one another.
Caring for stones
- Oils dull a stone quickly; the same warm water and soft brush brings it back.
- Check a tennis chain or bracelet’s clasp and settings now and then.
- Keep it away from chlorine and household cleaners.
If something comes loose, stop wearing it and tell us.
