Terms

Prices are in Nigerian naira. Every order is paid in full through Paystack before it is prepared. Your order exists once your payment has been confirmed; we email you to say so.

Pieces are not held while you pay. If a piece sells before your payment lands, we refund you in full and let you know.

Pickup in Festac and delivery within Nigeria are free. Pickup orders are collected after we email you that the piece is ready, with a photo ID and the order number. The site delivers only within Nigeria. Delivery and pickup has the details.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including a piece that is the wrong size or length. If the piece you receive is not the one you ordered, or arrives with a fault, tell us when it reaches you, before it is worn, with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange to put it right. Custom pieces are agreed with you in writing — design, price and size — before they are made. Custom pieces explains how.

We describe each piece’s metal and stones as accurately as we can and photograph it honestly. Screens show colour differently, so ask us if a detail matters to you.
